Initial inquiry and intake
We begin with a brief conversation about your child, your family’s priorities, and what you are looking for in ABA services. Intake forms, consent documents, and relevant records are gathered securely.
Getting started
From your first inquiry through assessment and planning to your child’s first therapy session.

We begin with a brief conversation about your child, your family’s priorities, and what you are looking for in ABA services. Intake forms, consent documents, and relevant records are gathered securely.
We talk in more depth about your child’s strengths, communication, routines, preferences, and areas where support may be helpful. This conversation helps shape the assessment around daily life.
I complete observations and appropriate skill or behavior assessments. The goal is to understand what is happening, why it may be happening, and which skills would be most meaningful to build.
Assessment information is reviewed and translated into a written treatment plan. Recommendations and goals are individualized, measurable, and connected to the priorities discussed with your family.
We review the findings together, and I answer your questions so we can make sure the proposed goals feel useful and appropriate. Once the plan is agreed upon, we confirm the schedule and prepare for services to begin.
The first session focuses on comfort, connection, and getting familiar with your child’s routines. I begin gradually and continue adjusting support as we learn what works best for your child.
